Duane joined American Audio Visual Center in 2002 and has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment, multimedia production, Audiovisual and hospitality industry. He has worked to establish himself as a marketing partner for our hotels and resorts.

Duane has a deep passion for his family, customer service, Sales and Marketing, music, the arts, travel and community service. He has developed the company’s proprietary Magnet CRM system, branding, national public relations effort and Sales and Marketing driven spirit and culture. This culture has earned the company notoriety for consistently increasing revenue for their partnered hotels and resorts. He also brings a creative perspective to the company’s Technical Events Group due to his many years of staging large events and developing creative content for many of today’s top corporations, associations and meeting planners.
