Marriott Southern GM Conference

at the Orlando World Center Marriott

American Audio Visual Center was chosen to hold the Southeast Regional Marriott General Manager’s Conference. This event was attended by all 250 Marriott General Managers in the Southeast Region, as well as many more experts in the event services industry. Intending to network and socialize amongst each other, this event blossomed in a spectacular manner. AAVC supplied the event with everything from custom stage sets, to high definition projection systems.

During the General Session, AAVC was able to fully utilize the superior sound system of the Orlando World Center Marriott’s Crystal Ballroom. Using the 39,500 square foot ballroom for the general session, AAVC rose to the occasion, and set up an extraordinary event with custom line array design, and high definition video production, specially designed for this event.

Using Modular Scenic Design, our group was also able to create fantastic visuals for this event. Our team also assisted in the improvement of Marriott company videos for this conference. By creating such a customized event design, our group had been able to give the best experience possible to each attendee present.
