Emily Bernard
Producer
Blue Avenue Studios
An appreciation for television, film and theater reeled Emily Bernard into the multimedia production industry at a young age. While earning a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Arizona State University, an opportunity to work for a local production company arose. Working as a Producer for a small company for many years, Emily tried to learn as much as she could about every aspect of production; from setting lights to writing scripts and directing shoots. She even dabbled in Public Relations and Corporate Communication.
It was in this position that Emily first worked with American Audio Visual Center as a client. Her career goals and interests evolved and she joined the AAVC team in 2008 as a Media Event Coordinator, working on both video and event production. In 2010 Emily was thrilled to go back to her roots as Producer for Blue Avenue Studios.
For Emily, one of the best parts of this industry is the variety of projects she has been able to work on. She has worked with clients such as Entertainment Tonight, MTV, The Ritz-Carlton, Celebrity Fight Night with Muhammad Ali, the General Services Administration, The Sports Network (TSN), and the Anti-Defamation League.
