Bill White has 25 years experience in the hospitality and Audiovisual industry. A Northern California native, Bill began his career on the ground floor of a local bay area Audiovisual company. He quickly worked his way up into the Director of Sales where he created his niche in the local meeting planner community. Bill then became Regional Director and General Manager for Ancha Audio Video Corporation which became Photo and Sound where he was responsible for the entire California operation.

In 1995, Bill joined American Audio Visual Center as the San Francisco Regional Manager and is now the company's Northern California Regional Vice President, in charge of regional warehouse operations and several prestigious hotel properties through Sacramento, San Jose, Sonoma County and San Francisco. Bill is a key and strategic component of American Audio Visual Center’s success and continued growth.



Michael Fraitag

Regional VP - Southwest Region

Michael Fraitag has over 15 years in the hospitality and Audiovisual Industry. Michael has worked within The Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton, Westin, Fairmont & The Ritz-Carlton hotel chains. In 2000 Michael moved to Arizona from Seattle, Washington where he was Director of Audiovisual Services for The Washington State Convention & Trade Center. Prior to moving to Seattle, Michael worked in Southern California creating a career in both sales & operations within AVHQ, TAVS and Caribiner Audio Visual. Michael now makes his home at the Corporate Office of American Audio Visual Center as Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations for the Southwest.



Chris Sisson

Regional VP - Eastern Region

Chris Sisson has over 20 years experience in the Audiovisual industry.

Since his time in the industry, Chris has held many positions for various Audiovisual companies throughout the United States. Those positions included Assistant Director, Director, Regional Director and Senior Director of Hotel Operations

In 2007, Chris Sisson joined the team at American Audio Visual Center as Regional Director, Hotel Operations in the Eastern Region. In 2009 he was promoted to Regional Vice President, Eastern Region. As the presence of AAVC grows throughout the Eastern Region, he is directly responsible for hotel partnerships, team development/support as well as sales growth.

Chris is in alignment with AAVC's philosophy of delivering Extreme Customer Service to each and every client.

Brett Bailey

Regional Operations Manager
Northern California

Brett Bailey has been serving the Northern California hospitality industry for over 13 years.During that time Brett has managed the Audiovisual departments at some of the most elite hotels in the San Francisco Bay Area.

After attaining a Bachelors of Arts in Radio, Television, and Film from California State University, Northridge, Brett came directly to San Francisco to begin his career with American Audio Visual Center. It took just two years for Brett to ascend from an entry level Technician to the Director of Audiovisual Services at the Palace Hotel, where he led the Audiovisual department for a total of six years.

In the fall of 2005 Brett was promoted to the Regional Operations Manager for Northern California.In this position Brett plays a key role in training as well as general hotel maintenance. He cares deeply about the employees around him and takes great pride in their accomplishments.



Ryan Gray

Regional Operations Manager
Southwest Region

Ryan brings over 10 years of Audiovisual experience to the Southwest Region.  He began his corporate AV career with Swank Audio Visuals after earning degrees in Media Arts and Political Science.  Ryan joined American Audio Visual Center in 2006 as the Assistant Director of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and assumed the Directorship soon thereafter.  Ryan and his team piloted and assisted in the development of many systems and procedures that have been implemented company wide.  In his role as Regional Operations Manager, among other duties, Ryan will focus on supporting properties in Arizona and beyond, as well as oversee the continuing development of the Hotel Technical Services group.  Ryan is committed to executing Extreme Customer Service in all he does and takes pride in exceeding customers’ expectations and in the career growth of all his colleagues.



Steve Marlowe

Steve Marlowe brings over 20 years of experience in studios, film, music and show production to American Audio Visual Center. Steve joined AAVC in 2002, and he remains directly involved with the supervision and support for many of the larger corporate events and programs serviced by AAVC in our Hotels throughout the Southwest.

As Director of Regional Sales, Steve works very closely with each of our AAVC Hotel AV Sales personnel to ensure they are fully supported. He sees to training, budget monitoring, sales effectiveness and customer service quality.

Steve's enthusiasm and purposefulness for ensuring each client, and our Hotel partners, receive the full benefits of AAVC’s diverse capabilities and many resources have helped our Hotel services become recognized as leading-edge and standard-setting.



Nicholas DeMore

Nick DeMore

Regional Operations Manager
Eastern Region

Nick DeMore came to American Audio Visual Center in 2011 and brings with him 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management and Leadership from Capella University. Nick got his start in audiovisual as a technician at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in 1997 and has held various positions throughout the industry. In 2001 he was promoted to Area Director then to Regional Vice President and has overseen several regions throughout the country including the Great Lakes, South Florida and the Caribbean and Virginia.

Nick brings a high level of enthusiasm and experience to AAVC and is proud to be a part of the "Extreme Customer Service" company. Nick resides in Cleveland, Ohio and will be overseeing the northeast as Regional Operations Manager.



Michael Franano

and Production
Eastern Region

Michael Franano has over fifteen years in high concept/large scale event production. Michael began his career in New York City working with two major full service production facilities. As a project manager, Michael worked directly with clients from capture and concept through the end of the event. Michael‘s clients included American Express, PBS, Phillip Morris and Gracie Mansion under Rudolph Giuliani.

Eventually relocating to Miami in 2001; Michael continued working in large scale event production for many of the areas production companies. Designing and staging events for many Fortune 100/500 companies and civic events including multiple Presidential campaigns and political events. In 2004, Michael took the opportunity to utilize his production skills into the hotel environment. Over the next seven years, he served as Director of Audio Visual Sales and Service for three major South Florida hotels, setting sales records and staging major productions.

Michael joined the American Audio Visual Center team in 2011 as Regional Director of Sales and Production for the Eastern Region. Michael’s unique perspective of large scale event production and hotel leadership allows him the perfect viewpoint to work with and support the hotel sales staff and in-house sales and design teams.
