Google Top Contributor Summit

This was the first ever summit for Google’s ‘Top Contributors’ in their popular web forums. The program looked drastically different than what it began as. Along the way, every enhancement or upgrade was considered. The comfort of a top-notch back stage area was important. We created a ‘green room atmosphere’ for the presenters and planning team that was a great success.
JetBlue Airways

JetBlue Airways came to the Orlando World Center Marriott for their employee training conference and American Audio Visual Center gave them a fantastic audio and visual experience. AAVC had been able to provide this group with a multitude of visual effects, including an international entertainment act for the dinner reception.
Suzuki Canada Annual Dealer Meeting

Suzuki Canada chose American Audio Visual Center at the Orlando World Center Marriott to host their annual dealers meeting. Over 400 Suzuki Dealers attended this event and showcased many of their makes and models for the attendees. Our ability to create stunning audiovisual scenery is exceptional, and that ability did not cease to amaze with this event.

This event was attended by all 250 Marriott General Managers in the Southeast Region, as well as many more experts in the event services industry. Intending to network and socialize amongst each other, this event blossomed in a spectacular manner. AAVC supplied the event with everything from custom stage sets, to high definition projection systems.

This week long conference consisted of over 2,000 worldwide financial leaders gathered to discuss the current economic changes taking place. Current CEO of Goldman Sachs, Lloyd Blankfein, also presented in front of this large audience.
Americas Lodging Industry Summit (ALIS) for 2011

American Audio Visual Center has once again produced the largest gathering of the hotel, resort and lodging investment industry, which takes place every January in Southern California. More than 2200 attendees met at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) for three days to discuss industry issues, hear from keynote speaker Sir Richard Branson and watch five one-hour television programs produced in parallel to the many general sessions.

The hotel industry’s largest annual conference attracted more than 2000 attendees to the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. American Audio Visual Center prevailed over ten bidders and overturned a five-year incumbent to win the complete production of this prestigious event.

Conference Direct caters to some of the highest-performing event managers in the country who handle clients such as Microsoft, Sprint/NEXTEL, and National Cable & Telecommunications. All aspects of the event’s staging, design, production, and creative direction were provided by American Audio Visual Center.
Sun Microsystems | Sunrise & Solaris Launch
at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, Scottsdale, AZ
With the release of the new operating system Solaris, Sun Microsystems wanted to really put on a big show for their 2000+ sales and marketing associates at their annual Sunrise meeting. The production needed be as exciting, progressive and brilliant as the operating system that they had worked so hard to develop. After careful consideration, American Audio Visual Center was chosen to produce such an event.
National Ignition Facility
at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory
The event was an outdoor dedication of a National Nuclear Facility in Livermore, California. It was attended by 3500 people including the Governor, several senators and representatives from the Department of Energy. The event was planned and produced by American Audio Visual Center's traveling staging division, Technical Events Group.
Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command
at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis
The event was attended by over 1500 active and reserve military personnel representing all branches of service, as well as high profile shipping, telecommunications and IT companies including Raith, UPS, Sprint, Microsoft, and Fed Ex. All aspects of the event - from concept design, staging, creative direction, and onsite show management - were provided by the Technical Events Group of American Audio Visual Center.
